Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes of course – please contact us on 01903 213136 during office hours and we will be happy to assist you

Will you accept payment for my order over the phone?

Yes - we can take payment over the phone.  We accept most major credit/debit cards that are UK registered – please see our website for options. Your receipt can be emailed or sent to you in the post.

Can I place an order and collect it from your shop in Worthing?

Yes – if this is a more convenient option for you. On the payment/check out page there is a section under 'notes/comments' - you can leave a message for us there stating that you would prefer to collect.  Please leave your contact details as we may wish to contact you to make arrangements for collection.

How do I track my order?

Your shipment confirmation contains a tracking number and carrier details. Please click on the appropriate link below to track your item:

My order has not arrived yet, where is it?

  • The carrier may have experienced a delay – please check your tracking information as this should display any delays and the new delivery date
  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
  • Your parcel has been left in a safe place (if you specified this in the delivery notes)

Where can I find information about Warranty’s on your website?

All products purchased from K66 Surf Division carry the full manufacturers warranty unless sold as ‘no warranty’ item.   All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.  Please contact us if you have any further questions.
